Step-by-Step Login Instructions

Troubleshooting Xfinity Login Issues

Can't Access 10.0.0.1?

  • ✓ Verify you're connected to the Xfinity network
  • ✓ Try http://10.0.0.1 instead of https://
  • ✓ Clear browser cache or use incognito mode
  • ✓ Disable VPN or proxy connections
  • ✓ Restart your gateway (unplug for 30 seconds)
  • ✓ Try alternative IP: 192.168.0.1

Forgot Your Password?

If you changed the default password and forgot it, you'll need to reset your gateway to factory settings. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the gateway for 10-15 seconds. This will restore default credentials but erase all custom settings.
